Jpay - No Customer service
I have emailed and called for 3 days about a block they have on my account. I have no idea why it is blocked, and cannot get in touch to anyone to unblock or tell me why I am blocked. I find this very unprofessional especially when I have done nothing to have my account blocked, and am unable to speak to anyone about this. Thank you Than guess what there is no way to post this email, so much for a rate and review, especially when it want post.

Jpay in Miami, Florida - Horrible Customer service
I bought a tablet for my family with my debit card through the jpay app on October 24th of 2018. My family member didn't receive the tablet and jpay took payment for it. I've tried contacting jpay regarding the situation on several occasions. Whenever I call the customer service puts you on hold for over an hour of wait and never gets back on the phone or transfer your call to someone who has no voicemail so the calls just ring out and then hangs up. I've sent emails to the inquiry department with no response still. Bottom line is this company is the worst. You can't even speak to a supervisor whenever you request one. Need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I called them this morning regarding a charge for a video visit, I tried to explain this lady about the charge she didn’t giveme time to explain, SHE WAS RUDE, SHE HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME, and I tried to call them back again 3 times, the phone only ring 1 time then the hang up again. I’m so pissed, RUDE PEOPLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I asked why is it taking so long for me to get emails it’s up to the facility? They have 5 business days to release an email...I been waiting for an email more than 5 says oh it’s up to the facility when it’s released.... He was no help at all he sounded like a robot, taking all my stamps but I’m not getting emails wtf smh Do better plz JPay y’all representatives don’t know anything
Jpay - LESS THAN ZERO
Everything and just what all these c/o are about. So many disappointments over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. My prayer is that everyone affiliated has an incarcerated loved one that they pay to reach and can't so you feel the pain of giving and giving and giving and receive nothing. It's rape, and scamming on a whole 'nother level. Why even write these requests/reviews. Nothing is EVER RESOLVED OR CORRECTED. ADD ME TO THE PISSED WITH NO RESOLUTION. PERHAPS WE SHOULD ALL FULLY BOYCOTT USING THEIR NON SERVICE and rely on the old school way of snail mail....IT'S QUICKER.
Jpay - Christmas video visit
Thanks for the *** service. This would have been the first Christmas I was able to see my son in five years. I'm beyond sick of this company ripping me off
