My account is locked. I tried two different days to speak to someone at customer service but after over an hour wait time each time I gave up and just created a new account.
The stamps I had on my old account didn't go to the new one so not once but twice I purchased stamps and the money was taken out but no stamps! Can't get a live person on the phone! Jpay is terrible! I sent $100 back at the end of May only to find out that I can't send money.
My loved one didn't get it, it was placed in a hold account.
Jpay won't give me the money back. I filled a dispute and my bank cant get anyone to talk to them either!

I blocked an inmate from calling me. His name is James William Regal III #147**** currently incarcerated at Lunenburg Correctional Center in Virginia.
The number that I now want unblocked is 804-243-****. Also I put 35 dollars on his media account on 6/6/2025 - Confirmation number 18062**** 6:48:17 pm EST the money was taken out of my checking account and was not put on his Media Account. I either want an immediate refund or the money deposited to his media account.
I have never dealt with such a poorly run company. Your 24/7 customer service is an automated system which offers no way to connect with a real person in customer service.
Your business is only designed to take money or should I say, in this one instance, steal money from me with no way to talk to someone to get this resolved.
I work for the Department of Corrections and intend to lodge a formal complaint to our Proccurement Department about your unethical business practices. Perhaps that will help to cancel Virginia's contract with you.

Since 09 May 2025, I've been trying to send a family member money for commissary. I've never had an issue in the past, but now they're claiming that the system is triggering something fraudulent.
Another family member tried their account and had the same problem. The JPay rep (Jamie) was very rude, clueless, and a liar. She provided no sound information and had an attitude. I guess I made her seem stupid after questioning the foolishness she was spouting.
She claimed that I needed to wait 72 hours before trying to load funds again. If it doesn't work after 72 more hours, then they'll submit a ticket.
If you already know that there's a problem with the account, you need to have a ticket submitted now. Jamie probably has a 5th-grade education and couldn't decipher what was being communicated to her.
