Account will not accept funds for loved one
Since 09 May 2025, I've been trying to send a family member money for commissary. I've never had an issue in the past, but now they're claiming that the system is triggering something fraudulent.
Another family member tried their account and had the same problem. The JPay rep (Jamie) was very rude, clueless, and a liar. She provided no sound information and had an attitude. I guess I made her seem stupid after questioning the foolishness she was spouting.
She claimed that I needed to wait 72 hours before trying to load funds again. If it doesn't work after 72 more hours, then they'll submit a ticket.
If you already know that there's a problem with the account, you need to have a ticket submitted now. Jamie probably has a 5th-grade education and couldn't decipher what was being communicated to her.

Money issues
Trying to get money transfer from commissary back to my phone so they when they call me I don't have to pay for the call I already put $80 in his commissary and now I need it transfer come from commissary to the phone if you can do that please do cuz this is baloney

I sent my husband money but he's not getting the jpay
I sent my husband money and he said he didn't receive his JPay receipt from the prison he was in, so I don't know who to call or contact.

I really needed to talk to a human being because my problem was not in the automated system. What a shame.
I never was able to talk to a customer service rep the only phone number online is the automated phone number. Nobody comes out in that connection.

The account was blocked. I sent a money order to Florida to settle the account's negative balance.
It has been at least 9 days now since it was sent out, per the Jay Pay employee on the phone to Florida.
When will this problem be fixed? I sent the exact amount for the account per our conversation.

You all sent my son name is Clinton Cothron 00343269in Bledsoe County Corrections Complex his money.My son is going without because of this mix up. How would you feel if your mom sent you money and you the inmate doing without food and hygiene products.
Then I was told I would not be able to get my money refunded to my son account. How do you all take people money order and not give it back to the rightful people.
User's recommendation: You all need to do and get better very bad mistake. This has been too many mistakes with intended inmates not getting their money order posted on their account. Then each time I can not get the right person or told there is nothing you can do. I'm on fixed income and I don't have money for no other inmates probation fees that was supposed to be posted on my son's account. His fees are paid for. And now he has no hygiene products or food because of you all *** up. I'm not trying to be ugly about the situation but I am sick of the run around I have health issues and I suffer with depression and anxiety and this has stressed me out cause my son is doing without because of your employee messed up.
